Training and Capacity Building
We work with clients- government agencies, organizations, etc. to train and support energy entrepreneurs on critical energy resources and activities such as cost-efficient approaches, the latest development in the energy industry, and other necessary skills and knowledge tailored to address the constraints, thereby positioning enthusiastic energy entrepreneurs to maximize the emerging opportunities in the promising energy sector of the country. We are interested in equipping our audience with knowledge and adding value to people in the sector for better participation and performance. Our training and capacity building covers:
Project finance and financial modeling;
Power sector agreements and concessions for conventional and renewable energy projects;
Provision of tailor-made training and capacity-building programs, adapted to the specific needs of each project, with a pragmatic, independent, and cost-effective approach;
Development of Greenhouse gases reduction strategy;
Support projects in the LNG and gas projects through financial structuring and modeling; and
Energy efficiency and cost-saving measures.
